## About the Role As an Account Executive, Majors at Vercel, you will be responsible for driving net-new revenue through outbound ownership and technical sales. You will work closely with the sales team, solutions engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships. Your day-to-day activities will include building and executing multi-year account plans, driving revenue growth, and translating Vercel's platform into board-level narratives. The role entails working with some of the most digitally ambitious and transformational companies in the region, helping them to leverage Vercel's platform to achieve their business goals. You will be the primary driver of net-new revenue and platform expansion, working alongside a team of experienced sales professionals and technical experts. Vercel's Enterprise sales team is built on people who are technically fluent, commercially sharp, and deeply curious about the companies they sell into. As a Majors AE, you will be part of a team that values innovation, creativity, and collaboration. ## What You Will Do - Build and execute multi-year account plans across a curated set of named Major Accounts - Drive net-new revenue through outbound ownership, rigorous discovery, executive alignment, and multi-threaded deal execution - Translate Vercel's platform into board-level narratives around developer velocity, infrastructure consolidation, and AI-driven transformation - Own complex commercial negotiations and establish Vercel as a long-term strategic infrastructure partner - Work closely with Solutions Engineers, Partner Manager, and cross-functional Vercel stakeholders to bring Vercel's platform into key accounts - Drive revenue growth through a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor Vercel's solutions to meet those needs - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to drive sales growth ## What We Are Looking For - 5-10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing six and seven-figure deals - Experience in partner-influenced or co-sell motions, with the ability to activate hyperscaler or SI/ISV relationships - Fluency in English and local language requirements based on the territory you’re focused on - Comfortable discussing architecture with a CTO and total cost of ownership with a CFO - A disciplined account planner who thinks in years, builds executive relationships from scratch, and sequences complex accounts to maximize long-term revenue - Fluency in MEDDPICC and rigorous about forecast hygiene and CRM discipline - Ability to hold credible, technically grounded conversations with senior engineering and product leadership - A value seller who leads with business outcomes and customer pain, not feature lists ## Nice to Have - Background in web development, developer tooling, web infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML - Experience working with hyperscalers, SIs, or agency partners - Familiarity with Vercel's platform and technology stack - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary and bonus structure - Equity options - Comprehensive health and wellness benefits - Generous PTO and holiday policy - Remote work stipend and flexible working arrangements - Opportunities for professional development and growth - Access to the latest technology and tools - Collaborative and dynamic work environment
