## About the Role As a mid-level Account Executive at Hire Hangar, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and managing mid-market accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting new opportunities, conducting discovery calls, and negotiating contracts. You will be working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional customer experiences. The Account Executive role is a key component of Hire Hangar's sales team, and you will be expected to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. ## What You Will Do - Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from prospecting to close - Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities - Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers - Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with revenue targets - Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and exceptional customer experiences - Accurately forecast revenue and maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM - Manage multiple deals simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales strategies - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
## What We Are Looking For - 3-5 years of closing experience in a B2B SaaS Account Executive role - Prior experience working remotely, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace - Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas - Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills - Experience managing multiple deals simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively - Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce and HubSpot - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
## Nice to Have - Experience selling to mid-market customers - Familiarity with MEDDICC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies - Prior experience in a fast-growing or startup SaaS environment - Experience with sales engagement and intelligence tools, such as Outreach and Gong - Certification in sales or a related field
