About the Role
The Account Executive position at Elevenlabs represents a pivotal opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to join a team at the vanguard of AI research and product development. Elevenlabs has made significant strides in AI voice technology, launching the first human-like AI voice model and expanding its offerings to include platforms such as ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a growing portfolio of new enterprise accounts in the Middle East region, leveraging Elevenlabs' breakthrough voice technology to help clients generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale.Day-to-day, the Account Executive will work closely with the Growth team to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the media/publishing or gaming industry and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. The Account Executive will also be responsible for tracking KPIs and sales performance, providing weekly updates to the wider Elevenlabs team.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new enterprise accounts in the Middle East region to help Elevenlabs meet its revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities that align with Elevenlabs' product offering and roadmap.
- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the media/publishing or gaming industry.
- Be responsible for KPI and sales performance tracking, providing weekly updates to the wider Elevenlabs team.
- Work closely with the Growth team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in product feedback sessions to contribute to the development of Elevenlabs' AI voice technology.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
What We Are Looking For
- A highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for voice technology.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the media/publishing or gaming industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and other sales and marketing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal bureaucracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience working with AI or machine learning technologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being an asset.
