About the Role
The Account Executive - New Business role at Molecular You is a full-cycle, hunter-style position focused on driving new clinic acquisition across Southern California. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales motion, from prospecting to closing deals. This role requires a driven and results-oriented individual who can build strong relationships with clinic owners, medical directors, and practice managers.The role entails a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the areas of concierge medicine, integrative and functional medicine, and wellness and longevity clinics. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into clinical environments and a proven track record of generating and managing outbound pipelines.

What You Will Do
- Drive new-logo growth across California, targeting concierge and VIP medicine practices, integrative and functional medicine clinics, longevity, anti-aging, performance, and wellness centers, and executive health programs
- Build and manage your outbound pipeline through email, LinkedIn, networking, and strategic calling
- Attend regional events and conduct in-person clinic visits to establish relationships with potential clients
- Deliver compelling presentations that differentiate Molecular You from traditional lab options
- Build proposals, navigate pricing discussions, and close new clinic partnerships
- Support early activation by partnering with onboarding and customer success teams
- Ensure clinics complete initial blood draws and begin integrating testing
- Monitor early usage and assist with resolving roadblocks during the first 90 days
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in the CRM
- Participate in weekly sales syncs and strategy sessions
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on new-business hunting
- Experience selling into clinical environments, such as diagnostics, lab services, medical devices, healthtech, or similar
- Proven ability to independently generate and manage outbound pipelines
- Excellent consultative selling, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with clinicians and operations teams
- Located in Southern California, with the ability to travel locally for clinic visits
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Experience selling diagnostics or advanced testing solutions
- Network within concierge, integrative, preventive, or longevity medicine communities
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in the areas of personalized medicine and clinical diagnostics
