About the Role
GlossGenius is a cutting-edge company that provides AI-powered systems to help service businesses increase revenue and streamline operations. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in the company's outbound sales motion, working with a range of service businesses to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new customers.The role is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the continental United States, with the option for hybrid schedules in NYC and SF. You will report to a Sales Manager and work closely with the sales team to achieve your targets and contribute to the company's growth.
What You Will Do
- Run the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification to close
- Use AI to research prospects, personalize outreach, and manage administrative tasks
- Identify pain points and tailor your approach to each client
- Onboard new customers and ensure they are set up for success
- Provide feedback to Marketing, Product, and Ops teams to inform product development
- Exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently, using a metrics-driven approach
- Manage your pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve overall performance
What We Are Looking For
- Recent graduate with a track record of achievement in sales, academics, or other competitive environments
- Experience with AI-powered tools and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Metrics-driven approach to sales and performance
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems
