About the Role

The Account Executive - North America - Enterprise role at Elevenlabs is a critical position that will drive the company's growth in the Fortune 500 and large-scale enterprises across the United States. As an experienced and motivated Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI. You will identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends. You will demonstrate expertise - or a strong willingness to learn - about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more.

You will be part of a high-velocity team that values rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. Your impact will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth, expand ElevenLabs' presence within key enterprise verticals, and develop and execute account strategies that meet the company's goals.

What You Will Do

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI
  • Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends
  • Demonstrate expertise - or a strong willingness to learn - about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more
  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within key enterprise verticals (e.g., healthcare, government, finance)
  • Partner closely with customer success and solutions engineering to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ElevenLabs' products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the AI or technology sector
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the conversational AI landscape and its applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering)
