About the Role
The Account Executive position at ElevenLabs is a critical role that requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing a growing portfolio of accounts, and developing a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, from fast-growing startups to large enterprises, and help them unlock the full potential of conversational AI. You will be part of a dynamic team that is pushing the boundaries of what is possible with AI and voice technology.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI
- Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends
- Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and product, to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams to help shape the development of ElevenLabs' conversational AI solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of new business development and account growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the conversational AI space
- Participate in sales planning and forecasting activities to help drive revenue growth
What We Are Looking For
- 4–6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
- Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus
- Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate complex business landscapes
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science
Nice to Have
- Experience working with conversational AI solutions or related technologies
- Knowledge of the voice technology industry and its key players
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, such as solution selling or account-based selling
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Certification in sales or a related field, such as HubSpot Sales or Salesforce
