About the Role

As a Strategic Account Executive at Elevenlabs, you will be responsible for driving new business and expansion within complex enterprise organizations across North America. You will be building multi-threaded executive relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and developing custom solutions that combine Elevenlabs' technology and services. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and bringing field intelligence directly into the product roadmap.

1B. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be working closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the current AI market landscape and be able to leverage their Excel skills to analyze and optimize business performance. You will be working in a high-velocity environment with minimal bureaucracy, where impact and results are valued over job titles.

What You Will Do

  • Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts in North America
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases
  • Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals that combine multiple products and services
  • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Act as a strategic advisor, educating customers on emerging trends and shaping their digital transformation strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes and bring field intelligence into the product roadmap
  • Analyze and optimize business performance using Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elevenlabs' products and services, including ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and apply this knowledge to drive growth and innovation

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the AI or tech industry
  • Proven track record of driving new business and expansion within complex enterprise organizations
  • Strong understanding of the current AI market landscape and the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive growth
  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize business performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build deep, multi-threaded relationships
  • Experience working in a high-velocity environment with minimal bureaucracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
