About the Role
The Account Executive role at Elevenlabs is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to drive growth across Europe. As a key member of the ElevenProductions team, you will work closely with major industry players, including Hollywood studios, TV networks, and Big 5 book publishers, to expand the company's service provider footprint and bring real-world use cases of ElevenLabs technology to life.The role entails building and managing a growing portfolio of new accounts, developing and executing strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within key accounts, and partnering closely with customer success and solutions engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion of accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on how to adopt and deploy ElevenLabs technology at scale.
The ElevenProductions team is powered by a network of 500+ professionals across 15 language teams, combining industry expertise with a deep knowledge of AI tools. As an Account Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to excellence and innovation.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across Media & Entertainment, publishing, and other industries adopting services powered by AI audio at scale
- Develop and execute strategies to expand ElevenLabs' service provider footprint presence within key accounts
- Partner closely with customer success and solutions engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion of accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers in how they adopt and deploy ElevenLabs technology at scale
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ElevenLabs' products and services
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of quota-carrying technology sales experience, ideally in Media & Entertainment or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing complex accounts and developing strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the role of AI audio models in the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Experience working with sales teams and developing sales strategies
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other sales tools and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
