About the Role
The Account Executive for the Public Sector plays a crucial role in expanding Celonis's market presence across the U.S., focusing on acquiring new clients and driving growth.Responsibilities
- Discover, cultivate, and nurture new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Engage with executives and decision-makers to comprehend their needs.
- Articulate how Celonis solutions align with the strategic and operational requirements of target accounts.
- Guide the sales process from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations showcasing Celonis's product value.
- Collaborate with teams, including Value Engineers and Business Development Representatives, to enhance sales efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of successful experience in SaaS sales, specializing in new business expansion.
- At least 5 years of experience in public sector sales, particularly to federal government entities.
