About the Role
The Account Executive - Public Sector role at Elevenlabs is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to make a significant impact in the Middle East region's public sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a growing portfolio of government and public-sector accounts, leveraging Elevenlabs' innovative voice technology to deliver new citizen and resident experiences, national AI initiatives, and voice services at scale.As a key member of the Elevenlabs team, the Account Executive will work closely with various stakeholders, including government entities, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of the public sector's challenges and opportunities, as well as the ability to navigate complex procurement cycles and build strong relationships with senior government stakeholders.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of government and public-sector accounts across the Middle East
- Own complex government engagements end-to-end, including navigating public procurement cycles, tenders, and RFPs
- Identify new business opportunities that align with Elevenlabs' product offering and roadmap
- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales in collaboration with internal teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders on compliance, localization, and implementation of voice AI solutions
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Deployment teams to ensure delivery expectations are met
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the public sector's needs and challenges
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
- Participate in sales strategy development and execution
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the public sector or a related field
- Proven track record of success in building and managing government accounts
- Strong understanding of the public sector's challenges and opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate complex procurement cycles and build strong relationships with senior government stakeholders
- Experience with voice technology or AI solutions is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills being an advantage
- Experience with Excel and other sales tools
