The Account Executive - Publisher Development role at The COOL Company is a pivotal position that combines strategic account management with a deep understanding of digital advertising technology. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive publisher development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key publishers and decision-makers
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align strategies and maximize results
- Utilize HubSpot and Google Sheets to manage data, track performance, and inform business decisions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with publishers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to publisher inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in programmatic advertising and digital marketing
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in the development of sales materials, case studies, and other marketing collateral
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in publisher development, account management, or a related field, preferably in the digital advertising industry
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including SSPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Google Sheets, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working with premium publishers and advertisers is highly desirable
Nice to Have
- Experience with DCO and creative automation technologies
- Knowledge of media and attribution models
- Familiarity with franchise and multi-location advertising management platforms
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing platforms
- Previous experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
