About the Role
The Account Executive position at Remofirst is a critical role that will drive the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Your day-to-day activities will involve prospecting, demoing the RemoFirst platform, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. You will be working closely with the SDR team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to refine the target account profile and develop a consultative approach to sales.Remofirst is a small but strong team of 200+ people, and as an account executive, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth. The sales team at Remofirst is still in the process of implementing its sales tech stack, so you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and recommendations on the tools and software that will be used. You will be expected to be comfortable selling with any available tools and to have an opinion on what the company needs to implement to achieve its sales goals.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Demo the RemoFirst platform to potential clients and showcase its benefits and value proposition
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the SDR team and marketing team to refine the target account profile and develop a consultative approach to sales
- Track and report on sales progress using the company's CRM system
- Provide feedback and recommendations on the sales tech stack and other sales tools and software
- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and knowledge
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client companies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the HR tech space
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales role
- Experience selling HR or FinTech software, with previous EOR experience being a plus
- Consultative selling experience and a proven track record of consistent quota attainment
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment and manage your time effectively
- Excellent English skills and clear communication and strategic thinking
- Ability to collaborate and work with a team, with a strong emphasis on empathy and people skills
- Motivation and drive to consistently exceed sales targets and achieve success
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, with the ability to learn new software and technologies
- Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Nice to Have
- Experience working with startups or early-stage companies
- Knowledge of the HR tech industry and market trends
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and software
- Previous experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Certification in sales or a related field, such as HubSpot Sales or Salesforce
