## About the Role As an Account Executive at CrewBloom, you will be the driving force behind the company's revenue growth. This role is not just about closing deals; it's about architecting solutions that turn high-value prospects into long-term partners. You will act as a strategic partner to the founders, taking full ownership of the revenue cycle and working to optimize the entire conversion funnel. CrewBloom is looking for a Revenue Operator who can think outside the box and drive real results. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of hunting, qualifying, and closing mid-market or enterprise accounts. In this role, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and drive the sales process forward. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase conversion velocity.
## What You Will Do - Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial discovery to contract execution - Operate with high agency, reducing leadership's involvement in the sales process - Identify friction points in the sales cycle and refine the process to shorten the 'lead-to-close' timeline - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CrewBloom's services and their value proposition - Act as a consultant to enterprise-level stakeholders, diagnosing complex business bottlenecks and prescribing CrewBloom's services as the primary ROI driver - Manage the CRM as a strategic asset, providing leadership with high-accuracy revenue forecasts and data-driven insights - Serve as the 'voice of the market' for the Product and Marketing teams, translating prospect feedback into actionable intelligence - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects - Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets
## What We Are Looking For - Proven track record of full-cycle B2B sales experience - Experience hunting, qualifying, and closing mid-market or enterprise accounts - Strong understanding of sales metrics and data-driven performance - Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and manage internal 'buy-in' across C-suite executives - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
