About the Role
As a Strategic Account Executive at Fullstory, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships within the Strategic Enterprise space. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing a territory, crafting long-term plans for account growth, and utilizing your digital skills to identify new business opportunities. What You Will Do
- Own and manage a Strategic Enterprise territory, focusing on business development, client engagement, and generating new customer contracts.
- Develop and execute long-term plans for acquiring and growing accounts, with a thorough understanding of the Strategic Enterprise sales cycle.
- Actively prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and leveraging your professional network.
- Manage multiple relationships simultaneously, both internally and externally, to drive new business or expansion opportunities.
- Utilize technology to accurately forecast, manage deal stages, and understand pipeline predictability.
- Collaborate with sales engineering, professional services, and customer success teams to deliver value-based technical demonstrations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also driving expansion within existing customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Fullstory's product offerings and their applications within the Strategic Enterprise space.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience selling SaaS products into Strategic Enterprise stakeholders within Product, Data, or Engineering teams.
- A proven track record of quota attainment, with annual quotas exceeding million USD.
- Experience in multithreading, networking, and building relationships within Strategic Enterprise accounts.
- Ability to run value-based, technical demonstrations in partnership with internal departments.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to manage complex, long-term sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
