About the Role

What You Will Do
- Own and grow a defined sales territory by driving consistent outbound prospecting across various channels, including calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, converting them into a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to connect the benefits of Fusion with the real-world needs of pediatric therapy practices.
- Navigate complex healthcare buying cycles, including multiple stakeholders and compliance considerations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to balance customer value and company objectives.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to personalize outreach, improve deal execution, and increase productivity.
- Represent Therapy Brands at industry conferences, webinars, and events focused on pediatric and behavioral health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success, to drive long-term customer value.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or vertical software.
- Proven track record of carrying a quota and closing net-new business.
- Demonstrated strength in outbound prospecting and self-sourced pipeline generation.
- Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage pipeline and forecasts.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in pediatric therapy or behavioral health.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
