What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, support, and operations, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Run highly consultative sales cycles, working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including business and technical leaders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging networking, research, and strategic planning to drive growth
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, develop new sales strategies, and drive team performance

What We Are Looking For

  • 12+ years of combined experience in major account or strategic sales, managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions for customers
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing complex customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Experience working with business and technical leaders, influencing their understanding and building supportive partnerships
  • Analytical account development strategy based on using data to find opportunities and prove value
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the tech industry, specifically in cloud communications or a related field
  • Knowledge of sales analytics tools, such as CRM software, and experience working with data to inform decision-making
  • Certification in sales or a related field, such as a CSO or CSE designation
