About the Role

As an Account Executive at UKG, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and managing customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, presenting HCM/WFM products and services to key decision-makers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base
  • Identify new sales opportunities and present HCM/WFM products and services to key decision-makers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with sales operations, marketing, and product development teams to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demos to customers and prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring that customer needs are met and sales targets are exceeded
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and other stakeholders on customer needs and market trends
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to promote UKG's products and services

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of the HCM/WFM/SaaS industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop sales strategies that meet those needs
  • Experience with sales technologies, including CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle complex sales situations and customer complaints
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions, with a strong understanding of the HCM industry and its trends
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, including solution selling, consultative selling, and account-based selling
  • Experience with sales enablement tools, including sales content management, sales training, and sales analytics
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field, such as CSP, CPM, or Six Sigma
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed sales team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
