What You Will Do

  • Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers
  • Deliver a world-class experience for prospects who are considering Lattice and other people management solutions
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and fuel future product growth
  • Provide market and client feedback internally to the product and engineering teams
  • Outbound prospect in cold accounts for 40% of your quarterly target
  • Balance immediate priorities while experimenting with new approaches within this segment

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying capacity
  • A burning desire to make our customers personally and professionally successful
  • At least 3 years of experience sourcing your own business outbound and being comfortable with the outbound motion
  • Commitment to Lattice's mission and values
  • Strong understanding of the People Ops/HR sector and performance management solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS-based solutions
  • Experience selling in early-stage startups or building out new initiatives within larger companies
  • Experience selling into People Ops/HR
  • Knowledge of sales tools and software, such as CRM and sales automation platforms
