About the Role
As an Account Executive at Chime, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing key accounts. You will be responsible for spearheading our direct sales efforts, focusing on key players with substantial workforces of 10,000 to 35,000 employees. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to build a robust pipeline and convert leads
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align solutions with market needs and refine go-to-market strategies
- Use CRM tools to track and report sales activities, optimizing performance and pipeline health
- Engage prospects through discovery calls, demos, and in-person meetings, using a consultative approach to close deals
- Manage complex sales involving multiple decision-makers
- Exceed sales targets while ensuring seamless onboarding for new clients
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of sales experience required, ideally in outbound or consultative environments
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven ability to manage complex sales involving multiple decision-makers
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving sales opportunities
- Experience in payroll, HCM, benefits, or financial wellness solutions preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Knowledge of the financial technology industry
- Familiarity with sales automation tools
- Certification in sales or a related field
