About the Role
As an Account Executive at Toptal, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new clients, re-engaging former clients, and expanding existing high-value accounts to maximize long-term growth opportunities. You will be working with a global network of top talent in business, design, and technology, and will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the way companies build teams and adapt to the future of work.In this role, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to understand how to utilize Toptal's incredible global team to build client relationships and drive success. You will be expected to learn Toptal's model, value proposition, and story, and to contribute to evolving the demand generation strategy and tactics to expand pipeline growth and market reach.

What You Will Do
- Drive full-cycle sales by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, re-engaging dormant clients, and generating new opportunities through strategic outreach
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify opportunities, present Toptal's value proposition, and secure new business
- Effectively manage the sales funnel to optimize lead progression, coordinate communication among various stakeholders, and diligently follow up on accounts to nurture leads toward conversion
- Ensure timely and accurate CRM documentation, while providing leadership with clear sales forecasts and pipeline insights
- Contribute to evolving the demand generation strategy and tactics to expand pipeline growth and market reach
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand how to utilize Toptal's incredible global team to build client relationships and drive success
- Learn Toptal's model, value proposition, and story, and to contribute to evolving the demand generation strategy and tactics
- Implement an outreach process and hit 1-month objectives
- Learn how to analyze industry drivers, business problems, and target buyers
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a full-cycle sales role
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong strategic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Experience with outreach tools, such as SalesLoft, Zoominfo, and SalesNavigator
- Strong analytical and reporting skills

- Experience working in a remote team environment

- Certification in sales or a related field
