Job Description

About the Role

The Account Executive will provide program management support to a portfolio of medium-to-large size accounts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inside and client-facing program management support
  • Manage customer service, data preparation and analysis, business plan and customer metrics management
  • Conduct client reviews, reporting, projects, customer surveys, and client technology
  • Monitor customer feedback to identify and resolve issues
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer contacts

Requirements

  • Knowledge of project management and travel industry dynamics
  • Extensive experience in business analysis and financial acumen
  • Skilled in using Excel for reporting purposes and creating PowerPoint slide decks
  • Good command of the English language and strong communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools
