About the Role

The Account Executive role at Xplor is a unique opportunity for experienced sales professionals to join a growing team in the payment solutions industry. As a key member of the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, educating business owners on payment processing solutions, and managing a portfolio of clients. This role offers the freedom to work independently, with the support of a global network of talented colleagues.

What You Will Do

  • Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
  • Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions
  • Work independently with full support and training
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the payment solutions space
  • Utilize sales tools and technology to manage sales pipeline and client relationships
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve sales strategies and processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the payment solutions or merchant services industry
  • Ability to self-source leads and manage a sales pipeline
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to align with Xplor's core values and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales tools and technology, such as CRM software
  • Knowledge of the payment solutions industry and current trends
  • Familiarity with Xplor's products and services
  • Certification in sales or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
