About the Role

The Account Management Assistant role at Channel Factory is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join a leading startup in the digital marketing industry. As a key member of the team, you will assist the Account Manager in daily deliverables, managing multiple complex projects with ease. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of video marketing campaigns across various platforms, including YouTube and emerging growth channels.

The role requires a strong understanding of Excel, with advanced knowledge of calculations, pivot tables, and graphs. You will be working closely with the Account Manager to develop targeting lists, track performance and delivery, and monitor pacing and margin reports. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring the timely completion of projects.

As an Assistant Account Manager, you will play a critical role in helping the company achieve this mission. What You Will Do

  • Compile insightful weekly, monthly, and/or final reports in MS Excel or MS PowerPoint
  • Take minute notes during POD meetings and ensure accurate documentation
  • Submit IOs for signature and input details into SFDC
  • Track performance, delivery, and margin goals for the POD to ensure alignment with goals and benchmarks
  • Assist with ad hoc client requests, leading client communication with the Account Manager
  • Develop targeting lists by audience and brand relevancy
  • Lead campaign screenshots for proof of purchase with clients
  • Research and stay up-to-date with relevant trends in video marketing
  • Work with the Designer to create brand-safe screenshots for campaign POPs
  • Monitor pacing and margin reports for regional campaigns
  • Assist in special projects as assigned by the Account Manager

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • 0-1 year of digital media experience
  • Strong work ethic and discipline to work productively in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in video conferencing and messaging apps, such as Zoom, Google Hangouts, and Slack
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs
  • AdWords or YouTube certification (bonus)
  • Thirst to learn the digital landscape and share knowledge with the team
  • Self-directed professional with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Strong communication skills, verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation
