About the Role

The Account Manager - Amazon role at Talent Voyager is a unique opportunity for e-commerce professionals to take ownership of growing brands on Amazon. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, pricing updates, account health, and growth strategies for a portfolio of 4-5 brands. You will collaborate closely with PPC specialists, designers, and operations teams to deliver consistent results and measurable impact.

The role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including Seller Central and Vendor Central, as well as the ability to analyze data and turn insights into action. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and will need to be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

As an Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind your client accounts, managing daily operations, and developing growth strategies to drive sales and revenue. You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.

What You Will Do

  • Manage assigned Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central accounts, including daily health checks and performance monitoring
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across listings, SEO, and ads to drive sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with PPC, creative, and operations teams to deliver measurable results
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards for clients, including data analysis and insights
  • Communicate directly with clients, owning the relationship from end-to-end
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve account performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotions
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in Amazon account management, with a proven track record of success
  • Hands-on experience with Seller Central/Vendor Central, listing creation, and A+ content
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and ad optimization, including keyword research and campaign setup
  • Ability to read and analyze KPIs, including ACoS, TACoS, CTR, and CVR
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Fluency in English, with EU languages a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Google Analytics

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to make basic website updates
  • Certification in Amazon advertising or e-commerce management
  • Experience with team management or leadership, with the ability to motivate and direct others
