About the Role
The Account Manager - APAC role at Elevenlabs is a critical position that involves managing and expanding the company's customer base in the APAC region. This entails building strong relationships with commercial and enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored voice AI solutions. The role is part of an early Account Management team, offering endless opportunities for impact and growth.As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a scalable account management playbook that supports customers in the APAC region. This involves partnering with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that the company's products are adopted and utilized effectively.
The Account Management team at Elevenlabs is at the forefront of driving long-term adoption of the company's products, including ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. The team's success is measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of accounts.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a book of commercial and enterprise clients in the APAC region
- Develop and implement a scalable account management playbook that supports customers in the APAC region
- Partner with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that the company's products are adopted and utilized effectively
- Monitor customer usage and adoption of the company's products to identify areas for improvement or revenue expansion
- Own expansion and renewal of accounts within your book of business
- Measure and improve customer satisfaction and experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Provide feedback to the product team to improve the company's products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
What We Are Looking For
- 3-7 years of previous experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in the technology or software industry
- Strong understanding of the APAC region and its business landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with voice AI technology and its applications
- Knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry
- Certification in sales or account management
- Fluency in multiple languages spoken in the APAC region
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
