About the Role

The Account Manager position at People Profilers is a critical role that involves managing and growing key accounts in the B2B electronics market in Vietnam. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing business plans, and executing strategies to drive growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales pipelines. The Account Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales forecasts, updating Salesforce records, and providing timely insights to stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of People Profilers in the Vietnamese market.

As a key account manager, the successful candidate will be expected to have a strong understanding of the electronics industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The role will involve regular travel to customer sites, meetings with stakeholders, and participation in industry events.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow key accounts
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing sales pipelines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, update Salesforce records, and provide timely insights to stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Vietnamese market
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote People Profilers and build relationships with stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • Higher Diploma or above in Engineering-related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Electronics and Industrial B2B markets
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proven track records in managing and growing key accounts
  • Vietnamese-local, with the ability to speak and write in English
  • Outgoing personality, with a proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficient in IT skills, including MS Windows, MS Office, and Salesforce.com
  • Strong understanding of the electronics industry, with knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in a third language, such as Chinese, Korean, or Japanese
  • Experience working with distribution networks and supply chain management
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Certification in sales or marketing, such as CRM or digital marketing
