About the Role

The Account Manager role at 1NCE is a pivotal position that requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing sales, and collaborating with the international team to drive business growth. As a key player in the IoT connectivity landscape, 1NCE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing connections with medium and small customers, strategically assessing potential customers, and providing proactive customer support.

The role is 100% remote, allowing the candidate to work independently and manage their time effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Mandarin, and possess a strong understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions and connectivity.

What You Will Do

  • Establish and nurture connections with medium and small customers through phone and email
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new webshop buyers and inquiries
  • Strategically assess potential customers to concentrate on building robust, long-term relationships
  • Proactively manage existing relationships to ensure the highest satisfaction levels
  • Address customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to maintaining a predictable order flow and foster ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the international team to achieve regional and personal goals
  • Develop precise plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database up to date
  • Occasionally visit regional or pan-European events, trade shows, and customer visits
  • Maintain customer focus in all interactions and activities
  • Position the brand as the leading provider of IoT connectivity

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions and connectivity
  • Experience in working with Salesforce
  • Background in technical sales
  • Inside sales experience with a focus on SMB
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Practical mentality and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and goal-oriented
