About the Role
The Account Manager will play a crucial role in growing and retaining Clipboard Health's existing markets. As the primary point of contact for healthcare providers and dental offices, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they consistently succeed on the platform. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the customer success team to drive engagement and retention.Day-to-day, you will manage a portfolio of existing relationships, articulate the value proposition of the app to current users, and establish credibility and rapport with providers. You will also be the go-to point of contact for users who need help navigating the app, resolving issues, and getting the most out of the platform.
As an Account Manager at Clipboard Health, you will be part of a fast-growing Series C marketplace that is expanding into several verticals, including dental and home health. You will have the opportunity to work with a global, remote team of over 1,000 people and contribute to the company's mission of lifting people up the socioeconomic ladder.
What You Will Do
- Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of healthcare providers and dental offices
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the app to current users to drive continued engagement and expansion
- Establish credibility and rapport with providers, demonstrating a strong understanding of the app
- Go deep with healthcare providers and dental offices to uncover their evolving needs and find ways to genuinely help them succeed on the platform
- Be the go-to point of contact for users who need help navigating the app, resolving issues, and getting the most out of the platform
- Help fill new and urgent shifts in your assigned markets
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Work with the customer success team to drive engagement and retention
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve user experience and drive engagement
What We Are Looking For
- Willingness to hustle and lack of fear
- Experience texting, emailing, and talking with English-speaking clients and prospects
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- A computer workstation (laptop or desktop)
- Internationally located (not in the US or Canada)
- Availability to work US working hours
- Fluency in English speaking and writing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

- Experience with Excel and data analysis
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and digital marketplaces
- Certification in sales or account management
- Experience working with remote teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
