About the Role

The Account Manager will play a key role in growing and retaining Clipboard Health's existing markets. This involves nurturing and expanding relationships with current users, understanding their needs, and ensuring they consistently succeed on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing relationships with an existing portfolio of healthcare providers and dental offices
  • Clearly articulating the value proposition of the app to current users to drive continued engagement and expansion
  • Going deep with healthcare providers and dental offices to uncover their evolving needs, understand their challenges, and find ways to genuinely help them succeed on the platform
  • Establishing credibility and rapport with providers, which includes demonstrating a strong understanding of the app
  • Being the go-to point of contact for users that need help navigating the app, resolving issues, and getting the most out of the platform
