About the Role
As an Account Manager at Devoted Studios, you will be responsible for the overall health, satisfaction, and growth of a portfolio of active co-development accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, team structure, and current engagement status. Your main objective will be to build deep, trusted relationships with clients and maintain their satisfaction through regular check-ins and structured feedback loops.Devoted Studios operates as a trusted extension of their partners' internal teams, providing co-development, porting, and end-to-end art production services to the global gaming industry. As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the team, working closely with Production Leads to ensure full visibility on project status, quality, and any risks that could affect client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, client success, or partner management, with a demonstrable track record of growing accounts quarter-over-quarter. You should be comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships and have excellent commercial fluency.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of active co-development accounts
- Build deep, trusted relationships with clients at every level of their organization
- Maintain client satisfaction through regular check-ins and structured feedback loops
- Monitor the health of every active engagement in your portfolio, spotting warning signs early
- Partner closely with Production Leads to ensure full visibility on project status, quality, and any risks
- Proactively surface and mitigate risks, escalating internally where needed
- Set and pursue quarterly growth targets for your current accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities through deep understanding of each client's roadmap and upcoming projects
- Collaborate with the Head of BD to ensure a smooth transition when accounts grow into new service areas
- Represent Devoted at relevant industry events and conferences
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or partner management
- Demonstrable track record of growing accounts quarter-over-quarter
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
- Strong commercial fluency and understanding of co-development, game services, or external development
- Excellent relationship management skills and natural communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel
- Background in the games industry or a creative/technical services environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of the gaming industry and its trends
- Certification in account management or a related field
