Job Description

About the Role

Patch My PC is seeking an experienced and highly self-directed Account Manager to lead customer and partner engagement strategy across the globe. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to manage a robust portfolio of existing customers and a large pipeline of active leads. As an Account Manager, you will be accountable for both revenue growth and retention, working closely with a regionally aligned Customer Engineer and reporting to a Europe-based leader.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive customer outcomes. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and managing renewals and contract negotiations.

What You Will Do

  • Build and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with Patch My PC's solutions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase account value
  • Manage renewals and contract negotiations to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively offer solutions to improve engagement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic recommendations to clients
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve customer success goals
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B software sales
  • Demonstrated ability to own complex customer relationships end-to-end and deliver measurable business results
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, renewal, and expansion targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • A growth mindset, open to feedback, quick to adapt, and always looking to improve
  • Operational excellence in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales practices
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
