About the Role
As a member of the Growth Account Management team at Ramp, you will deliver value to customers and drive revenue growth by owning the expansion and retention of a scaled portfolio of current customers.Responsibilities
- Identify expansion opportunities within your portfolio and own the sales process through close
- Develop and execute upsell/cross-sell strategies and maintain a robust expansion pipeline
- Develop a deep understanding of customer personas and act as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their goals with Ramp
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing or direct sales experience
- Proven track record of achievement in a high-velocity business environment
- Prior CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce
- Experience with outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations
