The Account Manager position at BnBerry is a pivotal role that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, client management, and technical expertise. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with hospitality clients, driving revenue growth, and optimizing their accounts. What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with hotel clients, becoming their primary point of contact
- Evaluate the performance of assigned accounts and implement strategies for optimization and revenue growth
- Negotiate competitive rates and terms with clients to ensure mutual profitability
- Assist Account Executives with various administrative tasks, including client outreach and account management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Leverage CRM tools to manage account records and track sales interactions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to management

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in hotel revenue, reservations, or leisure sales
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and online booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com
- Experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of driving results
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, conducive to relationship-building
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Ability to multitask and navigate a fast-paced workplace
