About the Role

The Account Manager role at INNERGY is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities to expand product adoption, and driving renewals. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that customers are achieving their desired outcomes and that INNERGY's products are meeting their evolving needs.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities to expand product adoption and drive renewals
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans that align INNERGY's solutions with customer priorities and initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, serving as a strategic partner aligned to their business goals
  • Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities, introducing complementary products and services to customers
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that customers are achieving their desired outcomes
  • Own the full lifecycle of customer renewals, contract modifications, and commercial discussions
  • Manage license adjustments, pricing updates, scope changes, and contract negotiations in partnership with Finance and Legal teams
  • Partner with customers to support long-term adoption and success across the platform
  • Provide regular forecasting and reporting related to quota attainment, pipeline health, renewal status, and at-risk accounts

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the tech industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with CRM software such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with customers
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and execute plans
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer business objectives and identify opportunities to add value

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the woodworking industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of Adjust or other mobile analytics platforms
  • Certification in sales or account management, such as a CRM certification
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
