About the Role

Elevenlabs is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of 100 to 200 corporate accounts across North America. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving customer success, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with clients. Your day-to-day activities will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of Elevenlabs' products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, preferably in the tech or AI industry. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reporting to senior management. Your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships will be essential to success in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of 100 to 200 corporate accounts, developing and executing customized plans to drive customer success
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell Elevenlabs' products to existing clients
  • Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development and improvement
  • Provide training and support to customers on Elevenlabs' products and services
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and account activity
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, escalating to senior management as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the tech or AI industry
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the North American market and business landscape
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
