About the Role

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own the full commercial relationship and customer success across a book of strategic accounts. These accounts are the most complex, high-value organizations in the world, with over 10,000 employees, and are defining what AI-native experiences look, feel, and sound like at massive scale. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for making sure every account is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction.

The role entails building executive partnerships, multi-stakeholder relationships, and long-term success plans that turn ElevenLabs into a strategic platform bet for some of the world's largest companies. You will go exceptionally deep with a small number of transformational accounts, advised on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and use data and logs to spot friction before customers do.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full commercial relationship and customer success across a book of strategic accounts
  • Build executive partnerships, multi-stakeholder relationships, and long-term success plans
  • Advise on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, and integrations
  • Use data and logs to spot friction before customers do
  • Drive large commercial outcomes through trust and vision
  • Partner closely with high-growth accounts to help them achieve value
  • Connect what's working technically to what's growing commercially
  • Own NRR across your accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in complex enterprise environments and account management
  • Expertise in Excel and data analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build executive partnerships and multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in driving large commercial outcomes through trust and vision
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or computer science
  • Proven track record of success in managing strategic accounts
