What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of complex customer accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, product managers, and technical teams
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns
- Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing customer data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs
- Develop and deliver customized presentations, reports, and proposals to customers and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's customer base and revenue streams
- Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of WorkOS's products and services, including technical capabilities and applications
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level client-facing work, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of APIs, SQL, and software development principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales automation tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline

- Experience working with developer tools, APIs, and software development platforms
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
