About the Role

The Account Partner Director role at Salesforce is a critical position that requires building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive customer success and growth. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and growth
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, including license sales teams, product teams, and delivery teams
  • Identify new opportunities and develop repeatable motions within the travel, transportation, and hospitality sector
  • Drive awareness and develop strategic plans to drive growth and customer success
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum value for clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the travel, transportation, and hospitality sector and its key trends and challenges
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce products and technologies and apply this knowledge to drive customer success
  • Serve as a key advisor to clients and internal teams, providing expert guidance and support
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to C-level clients and other key decision-makers
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that clients receive maximum value from their Salesforce investment

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel, transportation, and hospitality sector
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its products, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of the travel, transportation, and hospitality sector and its key trends and challenges
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other CRM systems, such as SAP or Oracle
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and their applications in the travel, transportation, and hospitality sector
