About the Role

As an Account Strategist at Partnerize, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and managing merchant relationships. Your primary focus will be on providing superior customer support, analyzing marketing campaigns, and optimizing affiliate programs to achieve exceptional results. You will be working closely with a portfolio of established and emerging brands, consulting on affiliate program strategy, and leading weekly customer calls to proactively communicate progress and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. You will be self-motivated, results-driven, and have a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Your role will be hybrid, requiring 1-2 days per week in the London office, and you will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with a portfolio of established and emerging brands to achieve objectives and KPIs for success
  • Consult on affiliate program strategy and actionable tactics to drive revenue growth
  • Lead weekly customer calls to proactively communicate reporting, new opportunities, and progress against objectives
  • Prepare and conduct online and in-person customer presentations with excellence
  • Forecast budgets for customers and Partnerize
  • Assist in renewals and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with team members in developing and sourcing customer opportunities
  • Analyze marketing campaigns and optimize affiliate programs to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, publishers, and internal team members

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field
  • Strong background in analyzing marketing campaigns and optimizing affiliate programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brands, publishers, and internal team members
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
