As a key member of the Commerce division, this role will lead the development and execution of Shopping and Marketplace strategies for mid-market and enterprise B2B manufacturers and distributors. With a focus on Amazon DSP and Performance Max campaigns, this role requires a deep understanding of B2B commerce and the ability to diagnose channel architecture and recommend tactics to drive revenue outcomes. The Account Strategist will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored strategies to achieve them. This will involve leading strategy calls, proposal calls, and quarterly business reviews, as well as translating channel performance into P&L impact for client executives. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B commerce and a strong understanding of the nuances of high-SKU catalogs, tiered pricing, MAP enforcement, and channel conflict. As a senior point of contact on assigned accounts, the Account Strategist will build strong relationships with clients and provide regular reporting and insights to help them achieve their business goals.

What You Will Do

  • Lead Shopping and Marketplace strategy for mid-market and enterprise B2B manufacturers and distributors
  • Diagnose channel architecture and recommend tactics to drive revenue outcomes
  • Develop and execute Shopping and Performance Max campaigns scoped to B2B buyer behavior
  • Direct feed strategy in Feedonomics or GoDataFeed (or equivalent)
  • Enforce cross-channel exclusion logic to protect distributor relationships and prevent cannibalization
  • Advise on 1P (Vendor Central) vs. 3P (Seller Central) strategy and lead migrations when warranted
  • Manage Buy Box health, MAP enforcement, and pricing erosion in real-time
  • Run bi-weekly client meetings, QBRs, and ad hoc strategy sessions
  • Build reporting that connects channel performance to revenue outcomes (matched cohort, cost-to-serve, revenue lift)
  • Proactively flag risks: channel conflict, feed degradation, reseller activity, Buy Box loss

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B commerce, with a focus on Amazon DSP and Performance Max campaigns

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Experience with campaign management and optimization (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer behavior and the ability to develop targeted campaigns
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to connect channel performance to revenue outcomes

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Knowledge of emerging B2B marketplaces (Shopify, etc.)
