About the Role

As an Account Strategist, Paid Media at Directive, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a collection of paid media accounts for top-tier SaaS and tech clients. You will serve as the direct point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day support and strategic guidance to help them achieve their marketing goals. Your expertise in paid search and social advertising will be crucial in driving campaign success and growing client relationships.

Your role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, including the Associate Director, to ensure that client goals are being met and that campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving referrals through your professional network.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee and lead a collection of paid media accounts for top-tier SaaS and tech clients
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day support and strategic guidance
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize campaign ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel to make data-driven decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving referrals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that client goals are being met and that campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in paid media, applying this knowledge to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Work directly with the Associate Director to ensure that internal and client goals are being achieved

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience working in a performance or digital marketing agency
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS and tech clients in an agency setting
  • Deep expertise in paid search and social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel
  • Proven success in driving results and measuring success via OCT
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience with programmatic campaigns and ad exchanges
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and GA4, including data analysis and interpretation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead routing
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant advertising platforms
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients
