About the Role
The Account Supervisor role at Avalere Health is a critical position that involves managing client services teams across single or multiple clients. This role requires working directly with clients to ensure their goals and objectives are being met, taking ownership of the campaign process from inception to completion, and supervising client services direct reports on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the client's business goals and be able to demonstrate confident counsel on client inquiries.As part of the Avalere Health team, the Account Supervisor will be expected to build and sustain relationships with key clients, develop proficiency in the client's market and trends, and effectively communicate the brand's business objectives to the agency team. This role will also involve managing Congress/Conference materials, email campaigns, social media, video, digital projects, and supporting finance and forecasting.

What You Will Do
- Manage full omni-channel engagement for clients
- Build and sustain relationships with key clients grounded in an understanding of their business goals
- Demonstrate ability to provide confident counsel on client inquiries
- Establish fluency in the capabilities and offerings of Avalere Health
- Develop proficiency in the client's market, trends, influencers, competitors, and key stakeholders
- Effectively communicate the brand's business objectives to the agency team
- Provide feedback on work in development across strategy, creative, technical, and analytic project types
- Interpret client and medical/regulatory/legal feedback for the agency team
- Manage Congress/Conference materials, email campaigns, social media, video, digital projects
- Support finance and forecasting
- Document all scope requests and author project briefs
- Write SOWs based on inputs provided by the delivery team
- Partner with delivery and account leadership to monitor revenue and profit and mitigate risks
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and campaigns
- Strong understanding of the client's market and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in campaign management and client services
- Experience with team leadership and supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
