What You Will Do
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage budgets and forecasts, and provide financial insights to senior management
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly and quarterly reports
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to drive business growth
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to minimize losses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement and growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and financial institutions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting principles
- Experience with financial analysis and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with financial software and systems, including Excel and accounting software
- Certification in accounting, such as CPA or CMA, is an asset
- Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
