What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies for clients
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to clients
- Prepare and submit tax returns for clients
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Identify areas for financial improvement and provide recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with the admin support team to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform audits and financial examinations as required
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification or in the process of obtaining it
- At least 3 years of experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, laws, and regulations
- Experience with financial software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a remote work environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and how they impact financial decisions
