About the Role

Coinbase Canada is seeking an experienced Accounting and Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their Global Financial and Regulatory Reporting team. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Reporting and Technical Policy and serve as the primary finance owner for all recurring regulatory filings in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial and regulatory reporting functions in Canada, ensuring effective and accurate processes
  • Maintain IFRS books of account and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure capital adequacy
  • Drive operational excellence by designing scalable processes, building robust internal controls, and automating reporting cycles

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Adjust and Excel
  • Experience in financial and regulatory reporting, preferably in the Canadian market
