  • Educate clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products, including inservicing.
  • Drive adoption of Solventum solutions, expand therapy utilization, and coordinate patient transition of care.
  • Deliver sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management.
  • Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities.
  • Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for and grow therapy adoption.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
  • Provide customer support and service.
  • Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
  • Leverage company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking.
## What We Are Looking For - A strong background in medical sales, preferably in wound care or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Experience in educating clinicians and driving the adoption of medical solutions.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex customer problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel for company business and participate in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program.
  • Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
  • Maintenance of ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off.
