About the Role
As an Ad Optimization Specialist at MonetizeMore, you will be the primary technical advisor and strategic champion for LATAM publishers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve configuring, testing, and managing complex ad stacks to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the Ad Demand and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize yield for your portfolio of publishers. The role requires a deep understanding of ad technology, data analysis, and client relationship management.The success of MonetizeMore's publishers is directly tied to your ability to optimize ad stacks and provide actionable insights. You will be responsible for translating technical data into clear, revenue-driving strategies that alignment with the publishers' business goals. Your mission is to keep publisher ad health pristine, maximize their yield, and ensure they view MonetizeMore as an indispensable partner in their business growth.
What You Will Do
- Partner closely with Ad Demand and Engineering teams to configure, test, and manage end-to-end ad stacks within Google Ad Manager (GAM) and header bidding environments.
- Analyze publisher inventory to pinpoint top-performing ad units and implement layout and stack adjustments to maximize revenue.
- Own the product adoption of your publishers, ensuring all applicable PubGuru tech features are fully activated to drive value.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure placements are filling correctly and monitor critical metrics like CPM, Page RPM, and Session RPM.
- Proactively evaluate publisher performance and long-term goals to design custom optimization strategies, identifying revenue opportunities in new markets, geographies, funnels, or niches.
- Run and interpret weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews, using historical data to spot macro trends and explain revenue shifts.
- Act as the strategic voice for your portfolio, leading calls, sharing performance insights, and educating publishers on new ad technologies or features.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers and technical support to diagnose and resolve complex technical errors or anomalies.
- Continuously audit publisher sites and demand partners to maintain strict compliance with Google policies and ensure flawless impression tracking.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Ad Ops or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and header bidding environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
- Experience with Adjust, Programmatic, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of ad technology and the digital ecosystem.
- Fluency in English, with Spanish being a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with PubGuru tech features.
- Knowledge of machine learning and data science principles.
- Certification in Google Ad Manager or a related field.
