What We Are Looking For

  • PhD in a field related to nursing or a closely related field
  • Unencumbered RN nursing license
  • Zero to two years of experience in instruction or formalized education, preferably in a post-secondary or college institution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build successful relationships with diverse student populations
  • Outstanding conflict resolution skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Demonstrated time management and detail-oriented skills
  • Computer-based skills, including proficiency in software applications, analytical tools, and report writing
  • Ability to develop a professional rapport with diverse school/campus constituents
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and ethical standards

Nice to Have

  • Experience in online or hybrid education delivery
