About the Role
The Studio Production Artist role at adm Indicia is a key position in the company's creative team, responsible for transforming creative concepts into production-ready assets. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, precision, and adaptability, as well as expertise in mechanical, production, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient completion of projects. The studio production artist will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines across various clients. This role is fully remote, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere and collaborate with a global team. - Create and prepare high-quality digital and print-ready artwork across a range of media
- Ensure all outputs align with original concepts and brand guidelines
- Review and refine mechanicals and layouts, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
- Apply retouching and colour management techniques to meet production standards
- Resolve technical and design challenges using strong production expertise
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across clients in a fast-paced environment
- Support quality control through thorough checks and consistent execution
- Collaborate closely with designers and stakeholders, using Adobe Creative Suite and evolving tools
- Utilize the agency's proprietary software tools to streamline production processes
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of mechanicals, production, and print processes
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years' experience in studio production design (graphic design a plus)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and applicable studio software, with awareness of emerging tools
- Ability to utilise the agency's proprietary software tools
- Strong understanding of mechanicals, production, and print processes
- Skilled in layout refinement, retouching, and colour management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective project management with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Detail-oriented, with high standards for accuracy and quality
- Ability to work across multiple clients in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with GenAI and other emerging technologies
- Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
- Certification in graphic design or a related field
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
